Psychologists have been forced to rethink the past six months.
Hybrid health services have a great effect. We combine the use of video consultation and self-help programs to create good results for those in need of help. The effect is even greater in a hybrid model where frequent feedback is provided to the person in need of help on the tasks and exercises that are reviewed in a digital treatment and training programme.
