Nice article in BA about UngSpotlight. It's heartening to hear about Ava, who previously dreaded presentations so much that she got sick, and now, after trying the digital self-help tool, has gained control over her nerves and has a completely new everyday life at school.
Presentation anxiety is very common, and it is therefore an extra big milestone for us at Youwell that the self-help tool will now be made available by the Directorate of Health, as a free offer for all the country's young people. This autumn it will be on ung.no!
