eBehandling in clinical use: from research to treatment

eBehandling on the Youwell platform is in clinical use in Norwegian specialist health care, and the offering is growing. Here are three examples of how.

Diakonhjemmet offers eBehandling

Diakonhjemmet now offers eBehandling with the Youwell platform. The programmes are being adopted as part of the clinical offering, connected to solutions that already work in Helse Sør-Øst. The result is a faster start and better use of existing treatment content.

The health regions have joined forces to launch the website ebehandling.no, which makes it easier for patients to understand what eBehandling is, what it involves and how to get started. There you will find an overview of existing and upcoming treatment programmes, from panic disorder and social anxiety to depression, alcohol and the digestive health school. You can also try a treatment programme in a simulator without logging in, and find answers to the most common questions.

Digitally guided treatment removes many of the barriers that have traditionally stood in the way of seeking help. It is exactly the kind of accessibility we have worked for since we started developing the platform that eBehandling is built on. Youwell is proud to be the technology partner behind the offering.

An example: Poeng

Gambling addiction is a serious challenge for many, and digital treatment tools make it easier to get help. Poeng was developed together with Helse Bergen as part of eBehandling, for people with gambling problems. The programme has eight thematic modules and uses the ABC model to understand and change behaviour. Participants receive their own workbook with day counters and tools that provide motivation and an overview of their own progress.
