The National Center for e-Health Research held a webinar yesterday (16.03.23) with the theme "Youth, mental health and mobile".
We were invited to talk about how we have solved today's challenges with the new digital service Modi, in collaboration with Bergen municipality and Helse Bergen Hf under the auspices of Forhelse - Research center for digital mental health services - SFI . There is a lot of demand today and the waiting lists are increasing, which unfortunately means that it is difficult to help everyone and it takes a long time to get help. Modi is to be a low-threshold service that municipalities can offer and thus reach out to everyone, get early intervention, smarter use of resources and at the same time work based on knowledge.
