This week , RBUP Ćst og SĆør - regional center for children and young people's mental health starts up with courses and training in using the service #SovGodt , a tool we have developed together to offer this target group a guided online program that will assist parents of infants and toddlers with sleep difficulties š“
#ą¤ą¤ą¤µą¤ą¤”व consists of targeted and planned measures for better sleep health in young children, e.g.: Research-based strategies for difficulty falling asleep and night awakenings, various variants of extinction,
knowledge about sleep, positive sleep routines, delayed bedtimes and fixed wake-up times.
