Our contribution to better public health

It is an important day for Sonat. Today, through our subsidiary Youwell, we have signed an agreement with Helse Bergen for project INTROMAT where we will participate in a project where a digital intervention called CoMestering will be developed and offered to the Norwegian people. INTROMAT is a project organized under Helse Bergen division for mental healthcare. We all experience a social situation of which no one has experience and fully knows the outcome. We worry about our own health, work and family. In addition, more and more people are experiencing close relatives falling ill and some seriously ill. There is also a large degree of restriction for many people in terms of where and how they can move. In sum, this creates unrest, insecurity and uncertainty that can be difficult to master. We do not know how this will affect our society in the days, months and years ahead. The purpose of CoMestring is to contribute to better public health. The digital intervention is aimed at those who experience anxiety and worry about infection and disease, to reduce the stress of isolation and quarantine and to increase positive feelings and well-being. Youwell provides a digital platform for producing the content and making the content available via mobile or web.
